Every year in the United States there are nearly 1 million students who are denied the chance to go to the very best college they can because, in part, their test scores are not high enough. They do not have the money to pay for tutoring or to buy the books needed to help them study for the SAT's. However, many of their friends and classmates do have the money. It's just not fair. Income should not determine outcome.
